71st PAXTON CENTER

This small commercial center is in designed in South Shore neighborhood on a commercial thoroughfare of 71st Street. The site is located on the Northwest corner of 71st Street and Paxton Avenue. The building is placed on the corner with the parking to the east. Trees are placed in front of the entire site. The structure is designed to correspond to the existing adjacent building.

The front is clad with multi-colored face bricks using a flemish bond pattern. The cornice is limestone crenellated, and the street facade is a ten foot section of glass.
