SAVE-A-LOT CENTER

Retail Center located in the Gresham south side neighborhood on Halsted near 79th Street.

The first phase was a bank building on the corner. This phase is a retail center approximately 15,000 s.f. GLA containing a grocery tenant and several small retail tenants.

The exterior facade is multi-colored shades of face brick reflecting a structure bay pattern. The structure has a steel canopy which is painted. Large glass windows are placed on the Halsted street facade.

The street plan reflects new urban design standards being implemented by the City with the parking being grouped to the south of the structure. The building is being placed at the street edge of Halsted which is a busy commercial thoroughfare.
