LANGSTON UNIVERSITY STUDENT HOUSING

Langston University’s Student Housing is made up of a series of two and three bedroom suites. The project accommodates a total of 600 students. Clustered around a large pond, the residences share a Clubhouse that includes social spaces, laundry and health facilities.

The project maintains a scale appropriate to the university’s campus. Each building contains 2 suites (8- 12 students) per floor over three stories allowing for views towards the pond and the clubhouse. These residences allow for apartment style living. Students can gather in a shared living area within their suite or enjoy the larger common area in the Clubhouse.
