Komed Health Center is a 24,000 SF new construction facility for the Near North Health Services Corporation. The Center houses medical clinics for outpatient health services and social service programs for the community. As part of new development in the North Kenwood/Oakland area, Komed serves as a beacon for new development. Our scope of services included facility analysis, space programming, site and land-use recommendations prior to the construction of the facility. The firm was responsible for both design and construction of the Komed facility. The construction budget was $6,000,000. |
