105th AND VICENNES

A new residential community located in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Chicago. This complex contains a total of 244 dwelling units ranging form row houses, duplexes and single family homes.

These units will be a mixture of market rate and affordable. The focus of the site is public open space which is flanked on all four sides by housing facing the open space. Alleys were also utilized to minimize the impact of driveways and curb cuts.

The utilization of these devices will make for a pedestrian friendly environment which will bolster the sense of community for this complex.
