BERKELEY HOMES

Historic landmark district located in North Kenwood neighborhood. Houses were designed with variation of facades on Berkeley reflecting the architectural character of the street. The facades consist of masonry gabled with multiple patterns and color. The program calls for three bedroom homes with living, dining, kitchen and two and one half baths with unfinished basements.
