These townhomes are located at 46th and Lake Park, in Chicago’s North Kenwood neighborhood. The townhouses are designed to meet the design guidelines established by the local conservation group. These structures are two and one half stories high. This allows for an additional fill living space (bedroom, family room and full bath) on the lower level. Detached garages can be accessed from the rear of the site. The building is composed of a series of gabled masonry roofs. The base of the building is defined with ground face corners. The upper portion is red face brick. The front bay window is clad in painted wood trim. |
