SAN BERNARDINO TOWNHOUSES

The residential development is located on a secondary arterial street across from a park and high school in San Bernardino, California. Eighteen townhomes are planned in two parallel rows of nine.

The townhomes are three stories with garage, utility and family room on the first level; living, dining and powder room on second level; three bedrooms, two baths on the third level; and, outdoor space with green roof on the rooftop.

The exterior envelope is designed with a glazed transparency made with tinted glass. The opaque forms are colored stucco.
