SHAKESPEARE COURT

Shakespeare Court will be located on 46th Street between Greenwood and Woodlawn.

This project will include thirty-three (33) one and two-bedroom condominium units. The condominium building is oriented along an interior courtyard facing a second building being rehabbed into condominium units. The exterior envelope is masonry with various colored bands to reflect the larger Shakespeare project to the east of this development.

A central common stair is developed to serve a typical six-unit module. On the courtyard elevation, balconies and decks were developed for the second and third floors.

Located within the North Kenwood Conservation area; the design adheres to the area’s guidelines.
