WASHINGTON PARK TOWNHOMES

This is a 200 unit residential development which will assume the role of a gateway into Chicago’s Washington Park community. This area was made famous in literature by James T. Farrel’s Studs Lonnigan Trilogy. The three story townhouses purposefully are positioned close to the streets in order to reestablish a street wall that was once found there.

The townhouses will be clad in face brick and cast stone. Balconies with trellises overhead off of the master bedroom on the third level will enable residents to enjoy views of Historic Garfield Boulevard and Washington Park which was designed by the famous Landscape Architect, Frederick Law Olmsted.
